OUR GRANDDAUGHTER RACHEL JACKSON

Rachel was born on 28th June 1992 at Rotherham General Hospital.

She was christened RACHEL JAYNE JACKSON   and weighed 6lb 12 oz (3.06kg ).

Before she left the hospital the normal health checks were given and revealed that she had a heart murmur.

Further investigation showed that she had three separate holes in her heart. Two were minor and expected to close without treatment but the third was serious and major heart surgery was necessary
